The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Councils from all the major cities and provinces gather together at the KCC Events and Convention Center in General Santos City for the 4th National ICT Summit on November 4 to 6, 2011. This annual event organized by the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), through the leadership of Atty.
